Turn-key compact systems

In addition to partial solutions, such as plants for the removal of iron, manganese and chlorine, the turn-key product range includes in particular compact units for drinking and industrial water production from groundwater and surface water. In the compact units, the proven and powerful process steps of flocculation, tube-bundle clarification and mixed-media multilayer filtration are optimally combined. The compact system thus provides maximum reliability and – regardless of fluctuations in raw water – constant pure water with minimal investment and operating costs.

Technical details

The compact water treatment system is used for the production of drinking and industrial water from groundwater and surface water. The technology is particularly applied in the removal of turbidity and discolouration, for taste and odour improvement or the removal of iron and manganese.

Plant construction

The compact systems basically have a two-line design; each line can be operated on its own. The procedural compact unit includes flocculation, sedimentation and filtration stages. Optimal flocculation formation is ensured in the flocculation chambers by the use of agitators and flocculant chemicals. The proven tube-bundle clarifier is used in the sedimentation stage for the separation of the formed flakes. The following filtration stage is designed as mixed-media multi-layer filters.
