Waste water treatment
For a long time mechanical and biological processes satisfied the demands of the purity of purified waste water. A result of rising demands on the effluent quality, in recent years the continuous development of procedures in wastewater technology was experienced.
Our engineers have contributed significantly to the development and technical implementation of innovative process engineering such as membrane biology, biofiltration and stripping procedures and constructed large-scale installations.
Modern and efficient plants
The STULZ-PLANAQUA engineers have constructed modern and efficient plants in numerous industrial sectors. Procedures such as anaerobic biology, membrane biology, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis and evaporation have been used in the food industry and the metalworking industry.
Also landfill leachate water treatment, the treatment of water contaminated with uranium and the purification of digestate from biogas plants form part of the activities of STULZ-PLANAQUA.

Case study Andernach sewage plant
In terms of a special proposal we designed the process engineering layout and created the complete detailed design for construction, expansion, mechanical and electrical engineering, including statics.
